Your privacy is important to us. It is BelSoft Pty. Ltd.'s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you from within our application, WinHire, across our website, http://www.winhire.com.au, and other sites we own and operate.

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, except when required by law.

Our application may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

WinHire integration with Google Services

Our hire scheduling system can be integrated with Google Calendar. To do so, WinHire will collect the user's Google Account credentials and consent. These credentials are not stored permanently, and the consent to access their data must be confirmed upon each application restart.

The data requested by WinHire are limited to the user's Google Calendar and Google Drive data. The data WinHire is requesting is as follows:

• The user's Google Calendar data. These include Calendar events and tasks.
• The user's Google Drive files.

Once consent is given, WinHire will be able to retrieve, update and delete the user's Google Calendar data. Additionally, the user will also be able to upload and download files from their Google Drive account and attach these files to relevant events in their Google Calendar.

To ensure the consistency between WinHire application data and the user's Google Calendar data, we retrieve only the necessary datasets relevant to the user's operational workflow. Once the consent to retrieve, update and delete Google Calendar and Google Drive data is given by the user, the data collected by WinHire remains the property of the user and therefore will not be transmitted to any third parties.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
